My work is called LINKS. These are 132 galvanized buckets arranged in the Roman Forum of Philippopolis. The buckets are turned upside down and there are mirrors glued to the back of each bottom so that they create one huge mirror. In this work, for me, the Roman Forum is a well and a symbol of our cultural heritage. The buckets are the "tool" connecting past, present and future. The mirrors, in which the viewers see themselves, the sky and their surroundings, are the future. Joseph Beuys often used empty cans in his installations, visually reminiscent of the galvanized buckets in my work. There will be no written concept for the installation. I will leave the viewer to think or just observe, as Beuys did. The work changes its location and configuration - it starts in front of the City Art Gallery - Plovdiv and ends at the Roman Forum of Philippopolis.
